This year Subaru is releasing it's first hybrid, and to kick things off for it's unveiling at this years New York Auto Show I was asked to design a quote that embodied the spirit of their newest release. Additionally, attendees at the show were able to snag the design on shirts & bags made from recycled materials as they were screen printed live at the event. Pretty awesome.
I was extremely honored when asked to design the cover of Louisville Magazine's annual City Guide issue. Even more, I was given nearly free reign to do what i wanted. After i decided on a concept, i began sketching out some of the city's best assets. Food, bourbon, basketball... it was a hell of a lot of fun. Special thanks to Suki Anderson for the opportunity.
The Louisville Visual Arts Association asked me to adorn a piggy bank to be auctioned off at it's annual Bacon Ball, coming up this Saturday. The proceeds benefit JCPS Students Art Supply Fund, Children's Fine Art Classes (CFAC) and "Open Doors" Program. In the spirit of the event and as a tribute to the worlds greatest addition to any meal, i decided to make a statement. "It's always better with bacon".

It's been a few years since i had any actual business cards, so i had Hound dog Press run some big ole' thick ones. I wanted to include my silly tagline, and keep it simple. Mission accomplished. Letterpressed on 220lb Lettra stock.
