The idea was to create a piece that was inclusive, allowing people in Tokyo to somehow be a part of the installation. In light of the approaching spring season in Japan, I loved the idea of people from the community submitting their hopes and wishes for the coming year, and include them in the artwork.

Design celebrating the Old Fashioned, Louisville Kentucky's official cocktail. I was commissioned to create the design for the city's annual 2-week "Old Fashioned Fortnight" celebration, leading up to National Bourbon Day.

Mural for Kosair Children's hospital, in partnership with the Marriott Hotel in downtown Louisville. The mural will soon be accompanied by artwork created by kids/patients from Kosair, placed caddy-corner from the mural. Mural measures 31'x25', painted in collaboration with Kirby Stafford.

Pieces created for my "Banner Year" solo show at Why Lou Two in Louisville, Kentucky. The collection featured 8 handcrafted banners.

I designed 8 simple quotes that served as part motivation, part fun. The canvas was prepared and handed over to sign painter extraordinaire Kirby Stafford, to paint the designs. Couldnt be happier with how they turned out.

Wendell Berry print, designed in partnership with Kentucky for Kentucky, to benefit the non-profit Berry Center.

Identity design & packaging for Oliver Winery's "Pilot Project" series, a line of small-batch, limited edition drinks made at their winery in Bloomington, Indiana.

Work for Chrysler at the American Music Awards. The piece was included in the awards program, celebrating Jimmy Iovine's (Interscope, Beats by Dre) Lifetime achievement award. The idea was to create some lettering set atop vinyl records, for a feel that mixed the old with the new. From sketch to completion, this was a really fun process.

My submission to "Wild Echoes", an art exhibition that was inspired by "the forest".

Lettering for Esquire Magazine's annual "Best Bars in America".

I was approached by KFC to design a mural for their Headquarters in Louisville, KY. The goal was to create something that brought together the iconic elements of Kentucky Fried Chicken's brand & history. The final design incorporated some of Kentucky Fried Chicken's iconic lettering & phrases, as well as imagery from the Colonel himself. 
The mural greets visitors and employees from around the globe in KFC's beautiful world headquarters. Painted in collaboration with Kirby Stafford.

Submission in group show entitled "We Made This for You" which was an opportunity for artists to make art as a gift to individuals or organizations that wouldn’t be able to have their art otherwise. The show was commissioned by sojourn Visual arts. 

Work was donated to Boys & Girls Haven.​

Using the city's brand colors I created several pieces that embodied the spirit of the initiative, centered around their slogan of "Live. Work. Create. Innovate." Subaru released it's first hybrid, and to kick things off for it's unveiling at the New York Auto Show I was asked to design a quote that embodied the spirit of their newest release. Additionally, attendees at the show were able to snag the design on shirts & bags made from recycled materials as they were screen printed live at the event.
